This is a comedy thing on the ABC here regularly. They don't do make up or anything, they just do the interview like they are who they're pretending to be. This is a pretty good insight into the European debt crisis way back 2 years ago. Just a short little skit.
BTW Clark, the bald-headed bloke, is from New Zealand (one of our better exports). Years ago there he used to be "Fred Dag"
