This is an amazing slide show. I haven't looked through all of it yet but already have seen some very interesting stuff on there. The massive misconceptions about a lot of things are clear. Perceived numbers as opposed to actual numbers.
For example, the perceived number of immigrants vs the actual numbers (slide 7). Interesting to see Australia has the biggest percentage of immigrants of them all :)
Why these misconceptions exist is anyone's guess, but my thoughts are that Fox News would play a role.
