I'm still pretty speechless. It reminds me years ago in the US and I was having a discussion about something with a black guy. All of a sudden he pipes up "You just don't agree with me because I'm black". Think I was equally stunned back then, particularly as New Zealander's are probably some of the most non-racist people in the world.
Now Abbott's said to his fuming critics of Credlin the same sort of thing. You just don't agree with her because she's a woman.
