Kansas has introduced a welfare law that recipients can only withdraw $20 from an ATM, incurring bank fees every time. Evidently they use some welfare card like Abbott wants to introduce over here. Big brother in the land of the free :s
Um, thank fuck we don't have that card here. I don't use cash anyway, just a debit card at the checkout with the wireless beep thingo.
