I put this up yesterday but it was deleted for some reason by the user. Now it's back up, a very good report from the Hutchison wharfies who were sacked by email. As I said, the case is going to court as the sacking was in breach of the dispute and resolution processes in the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
