Florida Attorney General suddenly realises gays are human - Pulse, Orlando

Pam Bondi is the Attorney General of Florida. Never heard of her over here, but after watching the interview she has evidently been a very strong foe of the LGBT, fighting marriage equality all the way including spending taxpayer's money to do so. 

However after the Orland shootings she has had a change of heart and sounding positively like a Sydney leftie.  

Is she for real or just going with the political flow?  Hypocrisy alert?
