Sound familiar? I guess the gov here is following the lead from the heartless English conservatives. 

To me it beggars belief that a bureaucrat could challenge what a health professional assesses is wrong with you. It would be like me having to prove I have HIV, chronic kidney failure and severe mental health issues. None of which are ascertainable by simply looking at me.
