"Fight for your rights" rally - Public Service Union

Tone's industrial relations skill looks about as rusted on as his senate negotiation skills.

Namely announce something as so, and say it is so over and over no matter what anyone else says.

People protest and disagree, saying "Let's negotiate".

The negotiation of Abbott goes as: his gov repeating things that nobody else in the whole of Australia is saying is so, as if by saying it it becomes so. This "negotiation" goes nowhere. The gov doesn't listen.

Now the federal public service (CPSU) is hitting back. They are long term unionised and totally happy to strike. They have now reached the point where they're willing to strike to bring the gov to the negotiating table.
