Psycho nephew's second court date - hearing organised

OMG I'm going to be a star! Well a star witness that is.

Yesterday was psycho nephew's second court date in which he had to give a plea of guilty or not guilty. He's still not been back to Sydney and has gotten some solicitor worth $. Yes, believe it or not, he plead not guilty and now it's going to a hearing in June.

Firstly, what a bloody fuckwit. He'd have been better off pleading guilty and there's an automatic 25% reduction in whatever sentence is handed down. So he's blown that opportunity.

Also there's the matter of the very delicate social situations that will come to light in a public courtroom, one of them being that his father asked David for a head job after me and him had "passed out" (the reason why David got pissed off in the first place and wanted them both to leave).

Also there's the thing on record at the cop shop where he admitted the assault saying that he "couldn't stop hitting him" and that they were afraid that he'd "killed him". All on record with the police from the night.

Also there's the matter of all the evidence. David has stuff from his doctor, psychologist, even the specialist at the eye hospital. Plus all the pics I took after the event. Again, this is from new years.

How in the fuckin hell does his solicitor plan on responding to all of that? Good grief. He hasn't a hope of having any determination other than guilty. Then again, it may be that his solicitor is putting it all off for as long as he can. Unfortunately for him the assault is now one of those things that sticks in my mind forever now. I remember every detail and will for a very long time. If they're thinking to leave it so I'll forget then they're making a serious mistake.

So I'm going to have to get up in the stand and give evidence against my psycho nephew and my own brother. I'm really happy about it. If my older brother thinks he can walk all over me like he used to in New Zealand well then he's making a serious mistake too.
