A big election issue in Victoria and Queensland, now this one shows itself in New South Wales. The state NSW Leiberal gov wants to sell off things like the electricity grid and privatise them. Electricity will go from a service required to be made accessible by the gov of the day, to a profit driven private company. The electricity grid is a current contributor to gov coffers making tidy profits. Why sell a money earner? Why sell it all?
