Herbal HIV cure con - despicable

I'm still getting the occasional bit of spam from various witch doctors and herbalists, who claim that by powerful spells or a mixture of herbs HIV will be cured. What I do when these appear in the comments is to delete the post, block the profile that posted it and report it to Google+ as a violation of it's terms and conditions.

The latest one had a link to this site, claiming taking a herbal mixture, 3 times a day for 14 days, will cure you of HIV forever.

Utterly disgusting. The sad fact is that some people will actually be conned by this, hand over money, and think they're cured of HIV. Maybe even stop taking antiretrovirals. Maybe even dying of AIDS, thinking they're cured. I have no words for con artists like this.
