It may be on again folks!
It has been announced by Ray Hadley, RWNJ talk show host on 2GB radio station, that it is indeed on:
This is all over Turnbull's pathetic attempt at an energy policy - the "National Energy Guarantee" (NEG) which would see less carbon reduction in the atmosphere (26% by 2030) than if there was no policy at all (29%). The policy also enables the building of new coal fired power stations. It's anything but a green policy, and all green groups oppose it.BREAKING | Ray Hadley confirms there will be a move against Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in the next two weeks.— 2GB 873 (@2GB873) August 17, 2018

Enter Abbott and his band of far right monkey pod nutters, who say that the NEG is too green for them to accept. That there shouldn't even be an emissions reduction target, but an electricity price reduction target. Thus denying that green energy will bring prices down simply by being cheaper than coal. He also wants Australia to drop out of the Paris climate agreement.
Turnbull however wants to get his pathetic NEG through the parliament so he can have some sort of success, but Abbott and his band of Neanderthals are threatening to cross the floor and vote against it, thereby humiliating Turnbull as the pathetic leader we all know he is anyway.
This would give them the momentum for a leadership challenge from the far RWNJ's of the gov to install one of their nutters as prime minister. Most likely Dopey Dutton, who is about as popular with the electorate as an unpolished Abbott turd.
Yes, horrifyingly, we may soon have Dopey Dutton as our prime minister. A new low in Australian politics and the Liberal party. Thank fuck an election is looming...
Yes Peter Dutton! Go for it!— Aussie Camel (@aussiecamel9745) August 16, 2018
We fully support your tilt at the leadership.
Sincerely
The ALP

Exclusive: Conservative MPs are urging Peter Dutton to seize the leadership from Malcolm Turnbull within weeks on a policy platform of lower immigration and cheaper energy bills. https://t.co/Euhl52Fh7v— Sharri Markson (@SharriMarkson) August 16, 2018
