Green energy revolution in remote communities - Peru

A big argument for coal power stations is that it denies poor countries the opportunity to get electricity. However Peru is proving just the opposite. Too remote for it to be viable to string up power lines, the government is providing free solar power to scattered remote communities for a fraction of the price of wiring them into an electricity grid.
