Dumb fuck Duncan Gay, the dumb fuck single handedly responsible for the removal of the popular rainbow crossing at Taylor Square the other day, no doubt had no idea of the popularity of said crossing or the reaction from people after it's removal. In every sense, he's done an own goal.
The reaction has been swift. Not just in Sydney but across Australia, there are rebel rainbow crossings sprouting up aplenty. There's even a public Facebook page now with people sending in their efforts called "DIY rainbow crossings" You can take a look there as there's a lot, but these are some I liked, after the news clip:
