Plastic bag outrage over supermarket bans! - Angry Aussie (video)
Major supermarkets across Australia have banned single use plastic bags at their checkouts, meaning that customers have to buy more sturdy reusable bags at the supermarket or bring their own. This is in response to plastic being dumped in the world's oceans at a rate of one truckload per minute and having devastating consequences for marine life and animals that feed from the sea.
The ban was well advertised in advance but it hasn't stopped some people losing their minds over it. RWNJ's are talking Green political correctness gone mad, etc, and some are having mental breakdowns over it at the checkouts.
David and I have been using reusable bags for years, and me long before that. Way easier to carry and you didn't end up with a cupboard crammed full of plastic bags.
