Turns out David hasn't lived so close to beaches for years. As it's been quiet at his work with few shifts to get, he's been wanting to go to one. I on the other hand have had motivational problems getting out to go in recent years, in fact it being some time since I've actually swam at one. So David has been going without me a few times but yesterday he really wanted me to come with him. It was a beautiful fine day, not too hot, so I agreed.
He doesn't know the area round here at all. Strange as it's only about a 15 minute bus trip to Taylor Square. Anyway I said when he went on his own that Maroubra beach was the closest, 5 minutes on a bus. Or there's the nudist one at La Perouse down at Botany Bay. He felt the nudist one would be much more gay friendly so he's been going there. I was a bit apprehensive as it's such a long walk from the bus to the beach, and coming back is a killer as some of it's through uphill sand, but there's nothing wrong with some exercise so decided to go with him when he asked.
So here is the sign once you get off the bus going down to it. The second beach is the nudist one a 700 metre walk though the first beach and then through the bush on a walkway to it.
This is half way down to the first beach, an interesting photo as it shows the nudist one in the background past the rocks. Yes folks, them there are nudists in the backgound :)
And here was the only pic I took at the beach itself. David thought he was at a terrible angle and looked fat. I think he looks gorgeous.
So we swan in the water a few times, and David even took off his swimmers (he wasn't wanting to on his own there as guys can perv and want to pick up). I thought a big pash in the water might be a good idea to lay our claim to each other. Myself I didn't even take swimmers, I mean WTF is the point of all that effort to go if you're not even going to go naked? There's nothing like a nice nude swim in the summer.
