Terminally ill Australian bloke wants to meet with Abbott

......to die with dignity.

On all the minds of those with HIV are plans about their death. HIV clobbers you with the reality of your death. You find that you'll survive these days, but there is always that in the back of your head. How will I die? Will I die a horrible death drawn out by doctors trying to keep me alive? Or will I be able to end my life with dignity?

May I introduce Peter Short. He's dying of terminal cancer and has only weeks left with himself being capable. He has made a video directly to Tony Abbott, asking him to take notice of his suffering and wishes:
