I'd guarantee that this is Abbott's rule book. Why else would he say climate change is crap and coal is good for humanity, give $bazillions to the rich and make the poor pay off the national deficit? Unfortunately for Abbott it seems the poor people have somewhat of a louder voice than our US counterparts.
