Independent member of parliament Andrew Wilkie has written further to the International Criminal Court over Australia's treatment of asylum seekers, citing article 15 for crimes against humanity. Tony Abbott is specifically mentioned in the letter.
He points to the indefinite jailing of children, forced family separation, resettlement of asylum seekers in Nauru, and unaccompanied refugee minors.
