Confronting video - US election

If you're a citizen of the US and are sensitive to criticism about your country, then stop here and don't read on. 

In a poll not so long ago here, Australians were asked if Mad Mitt was going to win in the US. The results were only 8% thought he would. That gives a pretty good idea of how much of a fuckwit we all think Mad Mitt is. Now we have the incredible, unbelievable, scenario that Mad Mitt might actually become the most powerful man in the world. This is something akin to a tear in the space-time continuum for us. But hey, it's not our country. We're just a lap dog that runs along after whatever crazy nutter in power over there decides he wants to attack next. WTF do we care who wins? Not as if these wars are costing our lives or anything.....

So I've watched this video just now. These are people in the US, who believe it or not, aren't locked up in some asylum and are actually going to vote. What's more, for Mad Mitt. 

 

There's so much going through my mind, so many feelings along with it, when I watched that video. This video makes me feel hurt, angry, disappointed,  and flabbergasted at the level of complete and utter ignorance displayed.

If this is what the US has become, a paranoid bunch of ignorant fuckin morons fearing the gays, Buddhists, and whoever the fuck else they make up, then it's already over for the US. Completely enclosed and cut off from the outside world, massaged by their own world view, these dumb hicks actually think they know what's good for the world. The young bloke, for example, who proclaimed that the world thought Obama was weak. How the fuck would that idiot know, and why the fuck does he think  he can speak for me? 

Another bloke who said "we're the laughing stock of the world", well yes when you lot get on the internet and start preaching brain dead drivel like that, yes you are. If our troops weren't dying in your stupid fuckin wars on the other side of the world, yes, I'd be LMFAO right now. If only it wasn't that serious. You lot gave us fuckin two Bush's, now you want to hoist Mad Mitt onto us as well?

What Australians think of Obama is that he's been powerless in the face of a hostile Congress which has blocked more legislation than in the '60's. That Americans seem to think that this one man has all the power in the world and can do anything. That Republican cranks and crazies have taken over Congress. That yes he's been disappointing on the world stage, like Gitmo still being open, or drone attacks on a country without declaring war on it. But in the language of dumb hicks that could hardly be described as being "weak" to keep Gitmo open or bomb people.

I know, we've got fuckwits here too, but man at least they have at least half a fuckin brain. FFS, watch out for the impending Buddhist invasion "out there". Or what about that fossilised lady who is "against homosexuals"? Fuckin hell man, get with the fuckin 21st century at least. Does she have any idea how bloody brainless and moronic she sounds from here in eastern Sydney? 

Yes, I'm feeling very hurt and angry after that video. It's a huge affront to the sensibilities of any rational thinking person.
