The Labor oppositions Anthony Albanese explains clearly, with the use of a whiteboard, how the gov's infrastructure plan is a con and uses no new money from supposed gov savings (ie "cutting the waste"). A distraction from the harshness and unfairness of the budget.
IMO the un-Australian-ness of the budget. Australians don't kick the sick when they're on their ass.
