Suddenly sick

Have had to cancel the psychologist today as am too sick to go. Have had a head cold thing for about a week or so and it's gotten worse the last few days and gone to my throat and chest. Coughing and sneezing everywhere, would infect half the bloody centre if I went.

Threw up in the night as well. Dunno WTF that was about. I felt a bit sick and went to the toilet, luckily getting there just in time to do a surprise projectile vomit into the toilet. Was a lot as I kept on spewing, must've lost my whole dinner. I have no idea if the spewing is part of the head/chest thing.
