CoA got it wrong on doctor visits

I dunno where the fuck the Commission of Audit got it's statistics, but they're just plain wrong. Well at least when it comes to the number of doctor visits Australians have per year. The CoA's line, as well as the Lieberals strangely enough, is that we're all a bunch of hypochondriacs who over use the free doctor service. The fact is we're not. 

So what else then did they get wrong?
