Putin's coming to Brisbane soon for the G20 summit. Abbott has used his tough line about the Ukraine plane crash to bolster his abysmal polling domestically (terror! terror!) whilst using his usual foot in mouth language and not giving a shit about diplomacy. Now Putin will be on Abbott's turf face to face. Abbott has already threatened to "shirtfront" Putin, which is a slang word I myself have never heard before, but means like a full frontal assault or something akin to that.
Pravda has responded to Abbott's "shirtfront" threat in a somewhat more intelligent manner. But man oh man, have a go at what they say about Tone :)
Mr Abbott's comments sparked an angry response on the Russian online news site Pravda.Oh how delicious. Two of the most fucked up leaders in the world are going to get together for a punch up in Brisbane :)
"I would advise Russia's President Vladimir Putin to wash his hands carefully and sterilise them after shaking the paw offered to him by Australia's Prime Minister Tony Abbott at the forthcoming G20 Summit in Brisbane," a Pravda columnist said.

Although she's out there herself, she does have a few sensible suggestions and critique of the upcoming Putin/Abbott fight. She suggests our PM and opposition leader should both take a chill pill and grow up:

The Palmer United Party senator has called on Tony Abbott and Opposition Leader Bill Shorten to be mature leaders in the row over Mr Putin's attendance at the G20 summit in Brisbane.
