Cripes, I don't blame them. Obviously from the video report what the gov is saying is just bullshit airy fairy fiction, and the gov is talking monthly download limits increasing from 10 gigs to 60 gigs (WTF?) and net speed of only 4mbps. From the look and language of the angry rural people, even this pathetic excuse for an internet is talking out his ass.
Two years or so before the new satellite launched recently fires up they're saying is way too long. Especially now as rural education has switched from the school of the air to a really fucked up net that barely works. A huge digital divide is now rapidly developing betweeen the bush and the city, even with Sydney's slow speeds.
Fuck, 60gigs a month info limit? We'd eat that up at home here in less than a week the way we use the net.
