Gov falling to bits as polls dive further south

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that the Lieberal back benchers get their updates about what gov policy is through newspapers. WTF?

The Coalition is "not a happy family" and there is a "shitload of room for improvement" say government MPs, who confess to being in the dark regarding the future of the government's controversial GP co-payment and a mooted cabinet re-shuffle, because those decisions are centralised in the Prime Minister's office.

"We are not all a happy family ... you're going to have to ask people outside the backbench what's happening with any of the policy decisions, because there is very little inclusion," said one disgruntled backbencher.

"We usually read about it in the papers. Is there resentment? Of course there is." more

As Daffy Duck says, what a way to run a railroad. They're all a rabal. Meanwhile the latest poll from Galaxy looks bloody disastrous. Where talking Lieberal annihilation. 

Another rough weekend for the conservatives (vid. the Fisher by-election) gets even worse with the latest Galaxy poll for the Sunday News Limited tabloids. This one has Labor leading 55-45 on two-party preferred, compared with 51-49 in the last such poll in early October, and 41% (up five) to 38% (down four) on the primary vote. The poll also finds that 41% would prefer Malcolm Turnbull be Treasurer against 21% for Joe Hockey. more

So what's their answer? Who the fuck knows. All there is really is media speculation of what Abbott may or may not do, even to the point of whether there'll be a front bench reshuffle at all. In short they're panicked.

There's replacing SSJoe with Turbull, the one who's fucking up the National Broadband Network with Lieberal neanderthal-ness. Or there's the tweaking the Abbott paid parental leave scheme. Or there's trying to get the GP tax though by tweaking that (*pffft* no chance there). It's all basically rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. 

Nearly half way through it's first term, Abbott's barnacle ridden canoe has run aground and sinking. Tweaking a few polices will do nothing. You can rearrange shit all you like but it's still shit. Replacing Hockey will confirm to the public the gov has failed and panicking. Trying to push the GP tax again through the senate will highlight the shit they're trying to sell. They're fucked.
