Well the siege ended with two hostages dead and the gunman. The gunman himself was a nutter, up on charges of rape and killing his wife. Called himself a Muslim sheik or something but not recognised by any Muslim mosques. Dunno how he was even out on bail, many asking the same thing. Court went very badly for him Friday. His lawyer described him not as a terrorist but as a man with nothing left to lose.
Today flowers are being placed outside the coffee shop in sympathy at the two hostages killed.
