It's a bible in one hand and a tampon in the other folks :s
I honestly don't know WTF to make of this. It's a public hearing about an ordinance giving the LGBT equal protections, but she comes out and waves a tampon blathering something about puberty. Then a rather long bible bashing reading (doesn't she know the bible instructs women not to teach?) ending with the LGBT are evil and that.
