Am still pinching myself over Abbott's demise, trying to wake up from the nightmare that Team Abbott was.
It must also be noted that Turnbull has been part of that Team Abbott right up until he challenged for the leadership. He endorsed just about everything Abbott as part of that team, until of course Abbott got so out there as for that to be impossible.
As communications minister on the front bench he's overseen the ripping to bits of Australia's plans for the National Broadband Network, giving us an inferior system at over double the cost; and we're talking in $billions here.
So will he be any better that Abbott, or just the same but without the extreme fuck ups? GetUp comments.
Update: this from Labor, who've wasted no time in attacking Turnbull.
