Ellen doesn't understand Caitlyn Jenner's stance on gay marriage

Not to judge, however it's surprising to say the least that Caitlyn Jenner still appears to have reservations about marriage equality. 

In a recent interview with Caitlyn on her show, the only thing that moved Caitlyn to change her mind was that she didn't want to "stand in the way of anyone's happiness". 

Does that mean she doesn't fundamentally agree with it but supports it now simply for that reason? If so how does she reconcile her transgender life with such feelings?
