Young Australian Farmers going to Paris climate change talks

Two young Australian farmers, Anika and Josh, are wanting to go to Paris to take part in the very important climate talks there.

Unlike their climate change denialist unrepresentative swill in Canberra, the National Party, they fully understand climate change and want to learn and represent Australian young farmers in Paris, as part of the future generation of food suppliers on the planet.
We’re Anika & Josh- 2 young farmers taking action to protect our farms and Australia’s food security from climate change

The Paris Climate Talks later this month are the world’s best chance to reach an international agreement to avoid the worst impacts of climate change. That’s why we’re taking the fight to protect Aussie food and farms overseas and making sure Aussie farmers have a seat at the decision-making table.

We’re working with Australian media to make sure the story of climate impacts on farming is told. We’’ll be meeting with farmers from around the world to share knowledge about adapting to climate impacts, speaking with the Australian delegation to Paris and joining with activists to call on the international community - and Australia - to show leadership on the issue of climate change.

The two of us are going to Paris with fresh eyes and a fierce desire to create change. We are the first generation to really understand the impacts of climate change and the last generation able to do something about it.

We know that today farming is a responsibility not a right and that we must be part of the climate change solution. Start Some Good
The first generation of farming in Australia certainly. Their elders in Canberra just have no idea and hardly even recognise climate change. And it's true, they are the last generation with a chance to really do something about the unfolding disaster that is climate change.

You can donate to help them get to Paris here if you want to. The amount has already reached $5,000 so far.
