US medal of honour vs reality

It's no secret here that I'm a political leftie. Which doesn't mean a hell of a lot in Australia as on an overall scale Australians have views that are centre left compared to other like minded free countries. This can create the odd misunderstanding online to those not so familiar with Australia's local political stance. My being a leftie Australian, given that we Australians (particularly Kiwi Australians like me) are to the left of many other countries, it's no surprise that some on the far right of US politics (what we here call the extremist  right) would find themselves aghast at some of my particular take on things being from Australia's political left (or what they would call the extremist  left).

Perhaps such extremist righties may just imagine what it's like to be an Australian leftie "extremist" as we're sometimes called, as this particular subject may well send US extremist righties into a full on hissy fit. I would ask them to just relax right now, and just imagine that you're not a US citizen.

Imagine you live in Pakistan under the drones, and you've had friends and relatives killed. Imagine being on the receiving end of a bomb that the US had made judge, jury, and executioner. How would you feel? Imagine you're the relatives in the good Samaritan video leaked by Wikileaks.

Watch it, all of it. Imagine you're the father of the children in the van. ...

Now watch this......

How do you feel?
