Sister cities of St Petersburg

Love this picture. Los Angeles is a sister of Russia's St Petersburg (although maybe not for much longer). There's been a new adittion to the LA sign that shows all it's sister cities:


 What do ya reckon, a groundswell of opinion against Russia?
