Head doctor

I see my head shrink tomorrow. There is quite a bit to discuss this time. It's been a long while since I had any sort of meltdown like the other week. I suppose it's understandable given the time of year that such a thing may happen, but I do seem to be overly affected this year. It's a very scary place to end up in the head. That I did so and it took two weeks to come out of is concerning and needs discussion.
