It goes back to last year and getting my debt sorted out with the help of BGF, who provided a financial advisor who represented me to the banks ($guru). One particular bank was just completely horrible about my whole situation, that horribleness matched only by their incompetence. It was all finally sorted out well over a year ago, the end result that they got a large share of the money owed after the financial advisor miraculously accessed my Superannuation to do it. I'd also closed my account I'd had with them for years in disgust at the way they treated me.
Now, over a year later, I get a letter from them saying that they're going to send out a new card. Apparently they don't appear to realise that this account hasn't existed for about 18 months:
My my, I guess I better send a copy to the financial advisor. I'm sure he'll be very surprised to hear from me after all this time.
