Katy Perry tells of growing up in church and sexuality struggle (video)

Katy Perry has been awarded the National Equality Award from the Human Rights Campaign in the US. In doing so she tells of how LGBT people that she met were very different that the demonised version she was taught about in the church.

As always, we're nothing like the demons they make us out to be. Just people like everyone else.
