Gay propaganda paranoia - Russia

It's a witch hunt over there, with "gay propaganda" being found left right and centre. Never mind that Putin is progressively returning the country into some kind of theocratic dictatorship, apparently that's not the issue. No the real problem lies in the gay propaganda on their currency. I kid you not.
Liberal Democratic Party MP Roman Khudyakov has written to the country’s Central Bank, calling for changes under the country’s ‘gay propaganda’ law to the 100 rouble note – worth about £1.70 – which features a statue of Apollo.

He said: “You can see clearly that Apollo is naked, you can see his genitalia.

“I submitted a parliamentary request and forwarded it directly to the head of the central bank asking for the banknote to be brought into line with the law protecting children and to remove this Apollo.”

In the letter, he complained that “intimate parts of the body” were visible on the banknote, which he says should have an “18+” rating under the anti-gay law. more
Far out. A naked gay guy on Russian money! I had to check this out. Here's the "offending" note (at the risk of turning everyone gay who lays eyes on it):

Nope, can't see any dick in that. The article quoted though has a close up, and if you look really really closely you might actually be able to see a little line that perhaps could be a dick :s
