Michelle Grattan says that it's extremely unlikely that the cross benchers will vote through the ABCC legislation, and therefore it looks certain that we are heading to a double dissolution election on the 2nd of July.
However she also asserts that making the election about evil union bosses is a stretch and to put that issue front and centre is disadvantageous to Turnbull.
