Rubio is carrying on very sort of gayly in this video. Well he did love those gay foam parties you know.
But anyway, he makes a comment about the small hands thing with Trump (I had no idea) and "you know what they say about guys with small hands"..... Old wives tale but he might have actually stumbled onto the truth!
He's not the first one to suggest that Trumps dick is a bit challenged.
