Ferals vs Real estate agent

Have had an excellent result from the real estate agents managing both properties. The feral neighbours in two units on the next property, who have been trashing our bins, smashed glass, syringe lids, broken bong and a steroid vial, all found in the carpark or next to our bins, will soon get a letter from the real estate agent that I complained to about them.

The property manager involved has sent me in an email what will be in it. It will also only be sent to those two units.

Dear Tenants,
We have had reports and complaints regarding various prohibited activities going on in units in the building.

This is a notice to state that any prohibited activities throughout the building must stop immediately or further action will be taken; which may include termination or even police involvement.
Prohibited activities may include use of illegal drugs including steroids, loud or excessive noise, polluting common areas, etc.
Regards,
An excellent outcome. They wanted to know the exact units but they're both doing shit. I had an idea but it was just hearsay and you can't rely on that. I particularly like the direct reference to steroids :)
