Of course we'd all want a magic pill wouldn't we? Just take it and all our troubles are over? Well look at this. Seems the drug companies have found the answer! Well that's if you can believe them.....
I found that with my wife long before she died. Often she'd not take the right steps to improve her health (ie. exercise, diet, lifestyle) and instead want to get some new magic wonder-pill from the doctor. It's something that I'm aware of with me now; that yes I do need to take pills but I also need to look after myself.
