"Real Estate for Ransom" - doco about housing speculators in Australia

This a highly interesting doco (related to the last post) on the insane system we have in Australian real estate. Where housing becomes less and less affordable as the speculators forever increase prices. 

BTW for new readers here, David and I currently pay about 55% of what we get, in rent. Housing stress is supposed to be anything over 30%. We tried to get on to the emergency housing list but to do that we have to be paying even more rent than what we are.

It's the poor and vulnerable who bear the brunt of the current system.
