Disgusting takeaway food

This is bloody shocking man. It shows the true state of takeaways here, and not your normal garden variety corporate fast food either. Think you're going for the healthy stuff? Think again.


 
My daughter and David have been trying to get me to go to a sushi place to eat. Ack, in this case they were the worst offenders. The thought of raw fish sitting around at room temperature makes my stomach turn even without eating it. 

Other than that though it's certainly a concern. Many of those other cafe's with food sitting there for hours at a time in those bain marie's ...  I've been told by the odd chef that they're the worst things ever invented for food safety as the temp's are so hard to control. 

It makes sense too. The comment asking if you would eat perishable foods at home that'd been sitting on the kitchen bench for hours?
