Vatican censors gays kissing

I would like to thank the Vatican for it's hissy fit about these photos, as otherwise I'd never have heard of them and not seen them. They're quite interesting and perhaps confronting? I'm speaking of a group of photos that were to be exhibited in an art gallery in Italy. Until the Vatican threatened legal action that is and the photos were covered up thus:

The reasons given for stopping the display was because of the "religious sensibilities" of those who may find it offensive. How this is offensive is beyond me, particularly after the Popes alleged new found love for us gays......  Oh yeah, the Pope is full of shit......
