Oh yeah, it's also the place where they have that terrible water pollution crisis.
The state legislature has however decided to spend it's time and money on making a 2nd law banning sodomy. They already have one you see, but now they have two. Both are unconstitutional and therefore unenforceable. They still put a maximum sentence of 15 years on it though.
BTW sodomy also includes blow jobs.
