Feral steroid bottle

Further to the neighbours who have been leaving a syringe top, a broken bong, a broken mirror, and rubbish all outside of our bins not part of their property, another neighbour found this lying around in the carpark.

It's a vial for steroids. I guess I'll email the picture to the real estate. The guy is champing at the bit to do something about it. Unfortunately the steroids and rubbish seem to be a group effort from two units. I suppose I'll send him that on Monday, the picture of the steroid vial.

Not particularly expecting much to happen. Just want it all on record in case anything happens later on.
