A letter came in the mail yesterday informing that the rent is going up. Can't complain about it as it's not gone up in years and it was only a $20 a week increase. Is still cheap for around here too at only $380 a week.
That's not what I pay as I divided the rent up between the three of us and my share was the rent Centrelink has on record that I pay. Then again on occasions I've had to pay more when my daughter's been without enough money and lately with David having to delay paying because of not working where he was discriminated against. In light of that it's been very difficult of late to make ends meet.
Daughter has informed me that this Christmas holidays at her work she's covered for all of the 4 weeks the place closes as she's been there over a year by then and her holidays have built up. Last year in Jan she was short on rent but at least then I had bazillions in the bank. Am a bit annoyed how Centrelink made me use up most of my redundancy in living before they decided I needed to get enough money to actually live off, but oh well what can you do?
