Mad Madden strikes again

Peter Madden, nutbag extraordinare (ie crazy religious person) has outdone himself this time. Maybe he's had some time in between asserting that gays fuck kids, I dunno. This time he's upset about our new illustrious US Ambassador, John Berry.

John Berry put a YouTube video up introducing himself to Australians (I've not watched it, it sounds excruciatingly boring) and in it he introduced his "spouse" of 17 years, who just happens to be gay. They were married recently.

So what's Mad Madden so mad about this time? Wait for it.......  He reckons that calling someone a "spouse" of the same sex is illegal in Australia. And what action does he want taken because of this? Wait for it...........   He wants the US ambassador to resign over it.

This is another example of the wonderful contribution bullshit that religion contributes to our society :s
