Dunno WTF is going on with it, but it started hurting yesterday and slowly got worse and worse. Woke up this morning in agony, lower back on the left. Hurts to even move or cough.
Have been bedridden all day. Managed to get up a bit earlier and watch some telly. The lounge chair I found to be quite comfortable, and the cat Natasha came and plonked on my lap :)
I guess will just have to take it really easy for a while. Thirty years of heavy lifting has taken it's toll I suppose.
