Wikileaks recently released a whole bunch of Democratic party emails allegedly showing that there was a concerted effort within the Democratic party to demonise Bernie Sanders.
He also half jokingly says Wikileaks is working on hacking in to Trump's tax returns.
There's one point when Mayer basically puts it to Assange to stick his nose out of US domestic politics as Hillary is the only one standing in the way of Psycho Trump, which is a fair enough point. At the same time it's a bit rich for a US political commentator to preach about it's own political domestic independence when the US itself has done nothing but involve itself in others country's domestic politics around the world for a very long time. Including Australia and New Zealand.
